Fusion Configuration Specialist (Oracle Cloud Financials)

What you will do

• Own Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials configuration across development, test, staging, and production environments.
• Use configuration workbooks and configuration snapshot tools to create, compare, validate, migrate, and deploy system setups.
• Support global Financials processes including Record to Report, Order to Cash, Requisition to Pay, Acquire to Retire, Plan to Perform, and Projects to Result.
• Translate Finance and IT requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion configurations and assess dependencies and downstream impacts.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues, support testing and production operations, and contribute to go-live, cutover, and stabilization activities.
• Maintain configuration documentation, governance records, impact assessments, and knowledge transfer for long-term internal ownership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials configuration experience in complex global organizations.
• Experience with configuration workbooks, configuration snapshots, multi-ledger and multi-operating-unit environments, and Oracle Financials setup components.
• Strong understanding of global Finance processes, including ledgers, chart of accounts, calendars, currencies, tax, intercompany, approvals, and security.
• Experience supporting or participating in Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion migrations.
• Experience in SOX-controlled environments and collaboration with internal audit teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance Systems, or a related field, with strong communication and analytical skills.
