What you will do

• Lead delivery and coordination for critical store and platform transformation initiatives.
• Drive alignment across product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with Business Analysts to clarify and sequence requirements.
• Present trade-offs and risks and establish governance to prevent duplicate or disposable work.
• Maintain complete project documentation, including requirements, architecture, specifications, testing plans, and training materials.

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• 7+ years of project or program management experience for enterprise platforms.
• 2–4 years delivering complex cross-team initiatives while balancing delivery speed with long-term direction.
• Executive communication, decision-support, and facilitation skills, including backlog refinement, estimation, and planning.
• Familiarity with SDLC, DevOps pipelines, QA automation, Azure DevOps or Jira, Confluence, and agile reporting dashboards.

Nice to have

• Experience with API-driven or headless architectures and coordination between front-end experiences and backend services.
• Retail, store systems, or omnichannel experience.
• Experience in regulated environments such as PCI or HIPAA.
• Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP, or a PMP certification.
• Training in product management, DevOps, cloud, SRE/observability, release management, secure SDLC, accessibility, PCI, privacy, or HIPAA.
