Delivery Excellence & Agile Transformation Leader

Location: San Francisco Bay Area preferred; qualified candidates may be considered from anywhere in the continental United States. Up to 50% travel is required.

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 per year ($87–$106 per hour)

What you will do

• Establish delivery cadence through roadmap planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and executive status reporting.
• Translate client goals and business-process requirements into executable delivery plans.
• Implement Agile, hybrid, or fit-for-purpose governance for PMIS, program controls, data, reporting, and change-management initiatives.
• Develop delivery playbooks, templates, acceptance criteria, onboarding methods, and knowledge-transfer practices.
• Coordinate advisory, PMIS architecture, data and analytics, and systems integration teams across multi-workstream engagements.
• Monitor risk, schedule, and budget indicators and contribute delivery approaches, staffing plans, proposals, white papers, and project profiles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 10+ years of experience in program delivery, project controls, PMIS, digital transformation, or Agile/hybrid delivery governance for major capital infrastructure programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional advisory, technical, and client-facing teams, including mentoring and onboarding junior staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience across infrastructure sectors such as aviation, ports, rail/transit, transportation, utilities, energy, water, or public works.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree and certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, Lean/Six Sigma, or Prosci.
• Experience with $500M+ capital infrastructure programs, program controls, PMIS platforms, and alternative delivery methods.
• Owner’s representative, program management, or construction management experience.
• Experience building a Center of Excellence and developing repeatable delivery standards.
• Experience with ERP, data/reporting, workflow, GIS, BIM, digital-twin, or Power BI platforms.
