What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional technology programs supporting global storefront customer experiences.
• Define technical program strategies, roadmaps, milestones, success metrics, governance mechanisms, and operating rhythms.
• Map dependencies across microservices, APIs, GraphQL, data schemas, infrastructure, and platform boundaries.
• Identify and mitigate feasibility, scalability, integration, delivery, and technical debt risks before execution.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product, Science, Commercial, Operations, and Enterprise stakeholders while securing senior leadership buy-in.
• Break large architectural initiatives into incremental deliverables and improve repeatable program frameworks using scaled agile or hybrid methodologies.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in software engineering, software product management, software development management, or technical program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or an MBA focused on technology and engineering management.
• Experience delivering complex software solutions in a scaled agile environment and driving technology transformation.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and experience influencing API consistency, discoverability, reuse, and integration patterns.
• Technical fluency with React, Java, GraphQL, and Kafka.
• Strong communication, analytical, planning, and stakeholder-influence skills in complex or ambiguous environments.
