Application System Analyst Lead (Cadence / Grand Central / Prelude)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; onsite at the CHRISTUS System Office. Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday. Travel and additional hours may be required during critical problems.

What you will do

• Lead application implementation phases, including build, configuration, testing, go-live support, and optimization.
• Oversee Incident, Problem, Request, and Change Management activities for the assigned focus area.
• Lead process and requirements analysis, workflow mapping, stakeholder analysis, and specification development for complex projects.
• Analyze, design, configure, and document integrated Epic application solutions across clinical and business workflows.
• Coordinate application workgroups, multidisciplinary teams, vendor changes, project assignments, and executive-level reporting.
• Mentor analysts, facilitate cross-training, resolve escalated issues, and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in healthcare, business, or information systems.
• Proficiency in the assigned Epic module or Epic certification upon employment; certifications and version training must remain current.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, information systems, or a related field preferred.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, organizational, communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to independently lead projects, make workgroup priority decisions, mentor colleagues, and perform complex analysis with minimal instruction.

Nice to have

• Supervisory experience.
• At least two years of project management experience or equivalent.
• Certification related to the assigned area of focus.
