HRIS & Workforce Analytics Manager (UKG/Power BI)

What you will do

• Own the administration, governance, security, optimization, and continuous improvement of the HR technology ecosystem.
• Manage UKG modules covering Core HCM, payroll, timekeeping, recruiting, benefits, performance management, and learning.
• Lead system upgrades, release management, testing, integrations, vendor coordination, and cross-functional HR technology projects.
• Develop workforce dashboards, executive reports, KPIs, and recurring or ad hoc analytics using Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
• Analyze headcount, turnover, retention, hiring effectiveness, time-to-fill, diversity, compensation, and engagement metrics.
• Improve HR processes through workflow automation, data governance, training, and support for HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience administering and optimizing HRIS or HCM platforms, preferably UKG Pro or a similar system.
• Experience leading HRIS implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, workforce reporting, HR analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Advanced UKG Pro administration and configuration skills, advanced Power BI dashboard development, and strong Microsoft Excel skills including Power Query, pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of HR compliance, data governance, security, audit controls, APIs, file-based interfaces, and HR technology ecosystems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive employee information in a remote work environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Tableau, SQL, database concepts, and data management practices.
• Experience in healthcare, laboratory services, biotechnology, life sciences, or another regulated environment.
• Previous supervisory, project leadership, or team leadership experience.
