Senior SAP Fiori/UI5 Developer (SAP BTP)

What you will do

• Design and develop cloud-native applications on SAP BTP using SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, and ABAP RAP.
• Apply clean-core architecture through side-by-side and on-stack cloud extensibility.
• Build and optimize secure OData V4 services and REST APIs connecting SAP data models with user interfaces.
• Configure SAP Build Work Zone, Fiori Launchpad, application routing, and Cloud Foundry security artifacts.
• Optimize responsiveness, performance, caching, and bundling while overseeing unit, functional, regression, and cross-device testing.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, establish development practices, and collaborate with analysts, designers, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP development experience, including cloud-focused or S/4HANA modernization projects.
• Deep expertise in ABAP RAP, CDS Views, business object behavior definitions and implementations, and custom OData services.
• Strong SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and MVC experience.
• Experience with SAP Business Application Studio, ABAP Development Tools in Eclipse, SAP BTP Cloud Foundry, and Launchpad configuration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git or abapGit, SAP transport management, CAP with Node.js or Java, and legacy ECC or NetWeaver Gateway integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with strong analytical, communication, and Agile/Scrum skills.

Nice to have

• Official SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Development Associate in ABAP Cloud or SAPUI5.
• Experience with SAP Build Process Automation, Hybrid Application Toolkit, or SAP Integration Suite.
