Teamleader - Process Engineering (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of process engineers responsible for module assembly processes.
• Partner with contract manufacturers and external suppliers to establish, optimize, and scale manufacturing processes.
• Drive industrialization, production transfer, ramp-up, and continuous improvement.
• Develop process flows, conduct Process-FMEAs, and lead process qualification and release.
• Define process standards, drive Design for Manufacturing, and establish manufacturing best practices.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and manufacturing partners from development through mass production.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in process engineering and collaboration with contract manufacturers and external suppliers.
• Fluent English and proficient German.
• Ability to lead teams, navigate complexity, and communicate effectively across functions.
