IT Industrial CrossFunction - Full Stack & AI Integration

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, or Laval, Quebec, Canada

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy strategic full-stack industrial solutions in line with business needs and IT/OT compliance requirements.
• Define technical roadmaps, analyze dependencies, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on solution architecture.
• Evaluate and integrate AI capabilities such as intelligent document processing, anomaly detection, natural language interfaces, and AI-assisted decision support.
• Support cloud infrastructure using CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and monitoring and observability tools.
• Maintain code quality through reviews, automated testing, documentation, and validation of AI and cloud integration points.
• Provide requirements analysis, user acceptance test coordination, operational handover, and second- and third-level support for industrial solutions.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience delivering full-stack, backend, or AI-integrated solutions.
• Experience with web and backend technologies such as Angular, React, Vue.js, JavaScript, Node.js, Express, Python, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG patterns, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD configuration, and cloud monitoring.
• Knowledge of automated testing, including tools such as Cypress, plus strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work at the Mississauga, Ontario, or Laval, Quebec, location and comply with applicable safety protocols and PPE requirements.
