Software Developer Full-Stack Intern, AI Scoring, Evaluations and Surveys (AI)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, with a hybrid schedule requiring work from the downtown Toronto office 1–2 days per week

What you will do

• Build production features, backend flows, APIs, and user interfaces for AI scoring, agent evaluation, and survey products.
• Develop secure and scalable applications on AWS infrastructure.
• Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and debug production issues.
• Use AI developer tools to accelerate coding, investigate complex problems, and navigate a large production codebase.
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a software-related discipline.
• Experience with a modern programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Interest in frontend, backend, or full-stack development.
• Familiarity with web development fundamentals.
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Availability for an 8–16 month internship or co-op term beginning in May or June 2027.

Nice to have

• Interest in or familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, React, Redux, AWS, Kafka, Redis, Claude, or Amazon Kiro.

Hiring process
