TL;DR

Principal AI Developer (AI): Designing and implementing enterprise-scale agentic AI systems and AI/ML Ops infrastructure with an accent on agent-based architecture and interoperable AI agents. Focus on building complex AI agents in Python, optimizing LLM orchestration, and deploying scalable workflows across public cloud environments.

Location: Must work onsite 5 days a week (supporting North America and Europe)

What you will do

• Research and evaluate emerging agent frameworks and LLM capabilities to guide strategic adoption.
• Define reference agent architectures, design patterns, and best practices for reasoning, planning, and tool orchestration.
• Implement complex AI agents using Python, integrated with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms.
• Perform functional and safety testing, regression testing, and human-in-the-loop feedback for AI agents.
• Automate the deployment, monitoring, and governance of AI agents in scalable cloud production environments.
• Diagnose and resolve performance, behavior, safety, and security issues related to AI agents.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in end-to-end AI agent design and development.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Development, DevOps, SRE, or Cloud development.
• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• Required to be in the office 5 days a week.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Bash, YAML, JSON, SQL, and REST API data extraction.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD, Flux, Argo) and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Helm, Ansible).

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in AI or a related field.
• Experience with ITSM use cases.
• Exposure to MCP Server Protocol and graph databases.
