Corporate Account Manager (Energy)

Location: Hybrid in Rotterdam, Netherlands — 60% in the office and 40% from home. Workflex allows working from abroad for up to 20 working days per year.

What you will do

• Build and grow relationships with large corporate and industrial customers across the Dutch energy market, directly and through consultants and partners.
• Advise customers on energy management strategies, including flexible gas and power products and broader energy solutions.
• Identify and develop opportunities for green gas, renewable energy, and carbon offsetting solutions.
• Develop new business across power and gas, focusing on large industrial accounts, multisites, and collectives.
• Share market intelligence, customer insights, and industry developments while helping shape hirify.global’s power business in the Netherlands.
• Work with internal and international colleagues to develop market-ready products and solutions.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in the energy market.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional and intellectual ability at HBO+ level.
• Strong understanding of the Dutch power market and its dynamics.
• Experience with structured and non-standard power products and consultative sales of complex energy solutions.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills, with a proactive, entrepreneurial, and independent approach.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
