What you will do

• Lead client planning projects from start to finish.
• Act as a key interface for clients and a trusted strategic partner.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of accounts, ensuring accurate and efficient work.
• Manage campaign processes and ensure best-practice delivery.
• Coordinate specialists and establish clear communication across the account.
• Support business growth by connecting communications strategy with client objectives.

Requirements

• Strong management and client relationship skills.
• Experience managing and developing planners and executives.
• Ability to prioritise, delegate, and manage stakeholders at different levels.
• Solution-focused, proactive, curious, and self-motivated approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with accurate feedback and instructions.
• Ability to work in the London office around four days per week as part of the hybrid approach.
