Process Technician R4

Location: On-site in Dandenong South, Victoria, Australia

What you will do

• Inspect raw and packaging materials and collect Certificates of Analysis to verify incoming material qualification.
• Test and adjust online finished products and independently complete finished-goods performance testing.
• Enter quality-control data into required systems, including SAP, and prepare certificates and delivery test reports.
• Maintain product retains, process cards, quality records, and quarterly internal instrument tests.
• Perform online inspections to verify compliance with manufacturing SOPs and report abnormal conditions in coordination with production and quality management.
• Operate equipment safely, maintain workplace 5S standards, review customer complaints, and train new employees.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in process quality control and finished-product testing.
• Ability to use SAP and maintain accurate quality records.
• Ability to follow manufacturing SOPs, perform inspections, and complete instrument testing.
• Ability to identify equipment faults, stop unsafe equipment use, and report abnormalities.
• Availability for on-site work in Dandenong South, Victoria, Australia.
