Customer Retention and Telesales Representative (Hosting)

What you will do

• Respond to customer requests by telephone, email, and live chat.
• Identify customer needs and sell the appropriate hosting products and services.
• Handle service cancellation requests and identify customer retention opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed telesales and retention targets.
• Guide customers to the online knowledge base and document cancellation outcomes.
• Report role-related activities to the Telesales and Customer Retentions Manager.

Requirements

• Proven telephone sales experience, including revenue generation and exceeding sales targets.
• Sales or customer service experience in a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent telephone manner and self-motivation.

Nice to have

• Technical mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of the internet, email, FTP, and the World Wide Web.
• Understanding of hosting and DNS.
