Principal People Experience Partner (SaaS)

What you will do

• Advise senior leaders and managers across Product, Design, and Engineering on organizational and people decisions.
• Lead talent planning, organizational design, leadership capability, succession, retention, performance, and development initiatives.
• Design and deliver company-wide People programs from problem definition through rollout, measurement, and iteration.
• Guide leaders and teams through organizational change, employee engagement, and complex employee relations matters.
• Use people data, HR systems, technology, and AI-enabled solutions to improve decision-making and employee experiences.
• Strengthen People Partnering practices, tools, operating models, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR, People, or Talent experience, including 4+ years as a People Partner or HR Business Partner.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or a similarly complex environment, partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering organizations.
• Experience advising VP-level and more senior leaders on organizational design, talent, performance, change, and employee relations.
• Strong judgment, business acumen, communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Experience owning major cross-functional or company-wide People programs and improving practices across multiple teams or organizations.
• Must be based in the United States.
