Technician 2, Process (Sputter Process)

What you will do

• Perform process characterization for sputter equipment and materials.
• Verify key process input variables, including pressure, temperature, and voltage, during equipment buy-off.
• Measure and collect data from characterization samples.
• Monitor key process output variables during production to maintain process stability and product quality.
• Adjust processes, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and help minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate process records and follow safety and cleanroom protocols.

Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of process control parameters and measurement techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• 0–3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or sputter process operations.
