TL;DR

Teamleader Logistics (f/m/d) (Manufacturing/Logistics): Leading a four-member warehouse and logistics team while coordinating goods receipt, dispatch, inventory, production logistics, and container management with an accent on operational leadership, warehouse accuracy, and supplier coordination. Focus on improving logistics processes, maintaining packaging and inventory standards, handling complaints, and ensuring safety and orderliness in the warehouse.

What you will do

Lead and organize a four-member warehouse and logistics team, including workforce planning, employee development, and performance discussions.
Oversee goods receipt, dispatch, inventory transactions, and material storage.
Coordinate serial production logistics with external partners and suppliers.
Manage internal and external containers, returnable packaging inventories, and warehouse inventory counts.
Handle customer and supplier complaints and maintain work instructions, packaging specifications, and process standards.
Ensure safety, orderliness, cleanliness, and continuous process improvement in the warehouse and logistics area.

Requirements

Completed vocational training in warehouse management, logistics, or a comparable field.
Good understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes, especially at the production-logistics interface.
Initial experience leading and managing employees is desirable.
Strong teamwork, resilience, assertiveness, and an analytical, structured working style.
Good German language skills, both written and spoken, are required.

Nice to have

Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
