3PL Operations (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage and monitor the performance of third-party logistics partners, including warehouses, carriers, and last-mile delivery providers.
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with 3PL providers.
• Conduct performance reviews and audits, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and IT teams to integrate 3PL processes into the supply chain.
• Analyze logistics data, optimize inventory strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and resolve operational escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in 3PL operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Experience managing and optimizing 3PL relationships and performance, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management systems such as WMS and TMS.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
