Sorting Team Leader (Logistics)

What you will do

• Develop sorting plans based on cargo volume and delivery timeliness targets.
• Allocate tasks across the sorting team, coordinate equipment usage, and ensure timely dispatch of sorted goods.
• Supervise sorting workflows, correct operational violations, and optimize sorting paths and methods.
• Handle cargo damage, sorting errors, and other exceptions while coordinating timely solutions.
• Conduct quality inspections, organize team training, and manage daily team operations.
• Coordinate with loading, unloading, transportation, and other logistics functions to ensure efficient handovers.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in coordinating sorting operations and personnel scheduling.
• Ability to supervise operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve process efficiency.
• Ability to manage team training, operational quality, safety awareness, and daily execution.
• Ability to collaborate with loading, unloading, transportation, and other logistics roles.
