What you will do

• Complete a one-year fast-track development program for future logistics leadership in Germany.
• Master warehouse and logistics operations, progressing from Operator to Senior Operator.
• Complete fully funded training and licensing for heavy machinery, including forklifts.
• Develop team management, shift planning, and warehouse leadership skills.
• Support the growth of a developing logistics operation in a cross-cultural environment.

Requirements

• German and English language skills are required; English at C1+ level.
• Hands-on, adaptable mindset and willingness to work in a fast-evolving, low-structure environment.
• Ability to perform manual handling and maintain a reliable work approach.
• Flexibility to work shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years old for health and safety reasons.
