What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of assets, including procurement, acceptance, usage, reallocation, disposal, and inventory checks.
• Optimize inventory management through standardized processes, cross-department coordination, digitalization, data analysis, and reporting.
• Plan and manage dormitories, dining services, facilities, and supporting logistics infrastructure.
• Lead administrative projects such as office leasing, renovation, and administrative service upgrades.
• Manage suppliers, service quality, expense allocation, cost monitoring, anomaly warnings, and operational risks.
• Improve administrative processes and systems, support digital transformation, and strengthen cross-department communication.

Requirements

• Experience with asset and inventory lifecycle management.
• Ability to plan and coordinate administrative, facility, and logistics projects.
• Experience managing suppliers, service providers, expenses, and operational risks.
• Ability to analyze operational data and prepare management reports.
• Ability to develop standardized processes and coordinate across business departments.
