Regional Facilities Manager

Location: On-site at hirify.global's Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead diverse facilities teams, including maintenance, grounds, and custodial staff.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and provide operational leadership.
• Plan budgets, capital expenses, and facilities projects.
• Audit and inspect buildings, sites, and equipment for appearance, repairs, and maintenance.
• Develop policies and guidelines for facilities inspection, setup, maintenance, and repair.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience supporting multiple large warehouses or retail locations.
• Experience managing budgets exceeding $5 million.
• Experience with a computerized maintenance management system.
• Ability to travel to domestic and international hirify.global locations.
• All positions are on-site.
