Accounts Payable Clerk

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end purchase ledger processes for hirify.global suppliers across various ERP systems.
• Input, code, and obtain authorisation for supplier invoices.
• Raise payments and maintain accurate creditor ledgers.
• Perform statement and bank reconciliations.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Support and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage an independent workload.
• Strong commitment to customer service.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sage platforms.
• Exposure to multi-currency accounting.
• Knowledge of purchase order systems.
