What you will do
- Process and correctly code supplier invoices in the ERP system.
- Verify employee expenses and supporting documentation.
- Reconcile company credit cards, vendor accounts, purchase orders, invoices, and monthly vendor statements.
- Support weekly payment runs and ensure vendors and employees are paid on time.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies and outstanding creditor items.
- Support credit card administration, systems migrations, process automation, and the rollout of new finance policies.
Requirements
- Graduate, school leaver, or previous experience as an accounts payable assistant.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage the purchase ledger cycle while collaborating effectively with the wider business.
- Comfort working with high invoice volumes and processing them promptly in an ERP system.
- Good Excel skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in the London-based hybrid setup.
Nice to have
- Experience with the Tipalti accounts payable system.
- Experience in the fintech industry.
- General knowledge of blockchain infrastructure and digital assets.
