Focus on coordinating supplier approvals, issuing electronic and check payments, and maintaining reliable accounting records in a hybrid gaming-studio environment.
Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada; hybrid workplace

is an independent video game studio with more than 1,200 employees, developing original games and providing services for PC, console, mobile, and location-based entertainment.
What you will do
- Manage the complete supplier invoice cycle from purchase-order validation through payment.
- Reconcile purchase orders with invoices and follow up on required approvals.
- Review, verify, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system.
- Issue supplier payments by cheque and electronic transfer.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance department and assist with related tasks.
Requirements
- DEC in Administrative Techniques with an Accounting option, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of accounting or similar experience in a mid-sized or large company.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, accuracy, attention-to-detail, and deadline-management skills.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft F&O (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations).
