Senior Quantum Field Engineer (Quantum Computing)

Location: Seoul, South Korea. Travel: 20% domestically and globally.

What you will do

• Explain hirify.global's quantum computing portfolio, strategy, applications, and technical capabilities to prospective clients.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and translate business needs into quantum application opportunities.
• Map quantum algorithms across financial services, bioscience, chemistry, materials, optimization, generative AI, and other domains into application code.
• Execute proof-of-concepts with the hirify.global Application team and move engagements from ideation through focused exploration into production workflows.
• Share customer feedback with Product Management and Engineering and create technical assets explaining quantum products and applications.
• Support marketing, developer relations, business development, industry conferences, technical events, and competitive objection handling.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles or an equivalent capacity.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or another STEM field.
• Strong communication, persuasion, emotional intelligence, and customer engagement skills.
• Strong interest in quantum computing and the ability to learn new technical concepts.
• Access to export-controlled technology may require verification of U.S. Person status, an applicable license, or a license exception.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or PhD in a STEM field related or adjacent to quantum computing.
• Customer-side experience in different industry verticals, including leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with Qiskit, Cirq, or another quantum computing SDK.
• Proficiency in Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Advanced architecture skills across multiple technologies and experience leading technical events.
