Senior Learning Program Manager (Gaming)

Location: Singapore (Hybrid)

Independent video game development and art production organization delivering full-cycle content for console, PC, and mobile games through studios across Asia, Europe, and North America.

What you will do

• Assess skill gaps and learning needs across producer, technical, art, and game development disciplines.
• Design, develop, and roll out global Producer Learning Programs and Technical Learning Programs.
• Use e-learning, instructor-led training, workshops, blended learning, coaching, and other learning methodologies.
• Partner with subject-matter experts, HR, studio leadership, external trainers, and division stakeholders.
• Manage vendors, facilitators, timelines, budgets, success metrics, and program delivery quality.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve programs in line with business and industry needs.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in L&D, learning program management, or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience managing global, multi-stakeholder programs and adapting communication across cultures and time zones.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, project management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Passion for games; experience in games, animation, VFX, or the broader technology and creative production industry is advantageous.

Nice to have

• L&D-related certifications such as ACTA, ICF, or instructional design credentials.
• Additional facilitation skills and experience in the games, animation, VFX, or creative production industries.
