Talent Program Manager (APAC)

Location: Singapore office; travel to APAC locations is required as needed

What you will do

• Execute and localize global early career strategies across APAC in line with regional business and workforce planning needs.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of internship and full-time early career programs, including onboarding, learning sessions, engagement events, and offboarding.
• Build scalable playbooks, tools, frameworks, and resources for managers, mentors, and regional stakeholders.
• Manage event logistics, vendors, scheduling, budgets, participant progress, engagement, and performance tracking.
• Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and live events while maintaining clear communication across program stakeholders.
• Partner with Recruiting, HRBPs, Talent Brand, learning and development, and business leaders across APAC.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, early career programs, university recruiting, or talent development.
• Experience managing early career programs across APAC, including Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore.
• Experience balancing program execution and enablement through tools, frameworks, or scalable processes.
• Strong planning, execution, stakeholder management, and program effectiveness measurement skills.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with early career audiences and senior leaders.
• Ability to work effectively in a regional, cross-cultural environment and willingness to travel.
