Senior Account Manager (Mood)

What you will do

• Lead the NSW South territory for the launch of a treatment for treatment-resistant depression.
• Develop tactical account plans and contribute to the broader Mood business strategy.
• Build and expand referral networks and maintain relationships with clinicians, hospital executives, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and treatment centres.
• Achieve territory and state sales and activity goals through cross-functional collaboration.
• Train and certify clinicians, nurses, pharmacists, and treatment centres.
• Deliver technical product information and implement a key account management strategy.

Requirements

• Tertiary degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in psychiatry.
• Successful sales experience with specialists and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and experience using a key account management approach.
• Strategic mindset with competitor awareness, customer-needs analysis, and adaptable sales skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a high level of emotional intelligence.
