Senior Account Manager, Mood - Vic East

What you will do

• Lead the VIC East territory and execute tactical account plans to grow the Mood business.
• Build and expand referral networks with clinicians, hospital executives, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and treatment centres.
• Achieve territory and state sales objectives through cross-functional collaboration.
• Train and certify clinicians, nurses, pharmacists, and treatment-centre staff.
• Communicate highly technical treatment information to key customers.
• Implement a key account management strategy for the new treatment launch in treatment-resistant depression.

Requirements

• Tertiary degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in psychiatry.
• Successful sales experience with specialists and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and experience using a key account management approach.
• Strategic mindset, competitor awareness, customer-needs analysis, and adaptability.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a high level of emotional intelligence.
