What you will do

• Build sample applications and proof-of-concept integrations for common partner patterns.
• Document integration patterns and provide technical guidance to ISV partners.
• Troubleshoot complex partner integration issues hands-on, including API failures and authentication errors.
• Translate partner feedback into clear problem statements for Product and Engineering teams.
• Maintain internal tooling and examples to streamline partner onboarding.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in one or more languages: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#/.NET.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth, HTTP, and WebSockets.
• Strong debugging skills for network-level and authentication issues.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with external partners.

• Experience with contact center technologies (ACD, IVR, CTI) or telephony (SIP, VoIP, RTP).
• Knowledge of SaaS integrations with platforms like Salesforce or ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration patterns such as RAG or real-time transcription.
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3), Docker, and CI/CD tools.
• Database experience with SQL or NoSQL.
