What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year product strategy, market positioning, roadmap, and go-to-market plans for the enterprise file system portfolio.
• Own product-line P&L accountability, including revenue targets, budgeting, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
• Lead portfolio management from ideation and launch through growth, optimization, and end-of-life.
• Drive technical strategy for file system architecture, distributed storage, HPC, performance, scalability, availability, and security.
• Develop data orchestration and migration capabilities across heterogeneous on-premises, edge, virtualized, and cloud-native environments.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product management organization and lead cross-functional work with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, customers, and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in a director-level or equivalent leadership role.
• Deep technical expertise in file system architecture, distributed storage systems, and high-performance computing.
• Experience developing and launching enterprise infrastructure products across on-premises, edge, and cloud deployment models.
• Experience managing P&L, revenue targets, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Strong analytical, strategic, communication, leadership, negotiation, and collaboration skills, including executive and board presentations.
• Ability to use customer insights, market analysis, and performance data to guide product decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with HPC workloads, scientific computing, or AI/ML infrastructure products.
• Familiarity with software-defined storage, cloud-native storage, Kubernetes, or containerized environments.
• Experience with IBM Spectrum Scale (GPFS), Isilon, Lustre, or other enterprise file systems.
• Background in marketing or sales and familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and buyer personas.
