Sr Director, Product Management (B2B Software)

Location: United States; onsite, hybrid, or remote depending on location. Travel of 20–30% may be required.

What you will do

• Lead a global product management organization spanning entry-level through experienced professionals and multiple manager-led teams.
• Own product management strategy execution, operational direction, team priorities, mentoring, and coaching.
• Coordinate with engineering, marketing, sales, customers, and other functions to define product roadmaps and innovative requirements.
• Scale data and analytics platforms and oversee product lifecycle and software development lifecycle activities.
• Lead product research, functional specifications, prototyping, product validation, usability testing, and product requirements analysis.
• Drive product launches, go-to-market messaging, customer engagements, strategic partnerships, and product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience and 6+ years of relevant managerial experience.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, organizational, analytical, project management, and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, navigate a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with global and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical documentation and create training materials.
• Availability for onsite, hybrid, or remote work depending on location, with 20–30% travel as required.
