Senior Manager | Product Management - Cloudera Data Platform - Hybrid Cloud

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, product vision, roadmap, and release lifecycle for hirify.global Hybrid Cloud and CDP Base deployments.
• Drive VM-based Data Hub capabilities across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Own requirements for hybrid connectivity, networking, authorization, security, and cloud object storage integrations.
• Develop open datalake and data mobility capabilities across on-premises data centers and public clouds.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, prioritizing roadmaps and ensuring high-quality product requirements and releases.
• Partner with cloud providers, Engineering, PMO, Product Marketing, Field Engineering, and Sales Enablement on launches and customer engagement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years managing or supervising Product Managers.
• Experience in cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise data platform sectors.
• Deep understanding of VM-based public cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Hands-on familiarity with S3, ADLS, GCS, hybrid networking, identity management, remote authorization, and cloud security frameworks.
• Experience managing end-to-end launches for complex infrastructure or cloud software products.
• Knowledge of open datalakes, data movement, enterprise data governance, big data architecture, and a relevant technical degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud partner co-development, marketplace programs, or cloud-native integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Bigtable, EMR, Redshift, or Azure Synapse.
• Familiarity with open table formats such as Apache Iceberg and multi-cloud data architecture.
