Security Engineer (AI)

hirify.global builds security AI agents that detect and remediate critical software vulnerabilities across customer codebases and open source software.

What you will do

• Build and own the security foundations of the company’s cloud infrastructure.
• Improve security across IAM, networking, system security, containers, and orchestration.
• Strengthen authentication, authorization, human and workload identities, and secrets management.
• Develop production software, security tooling, and automation to prevent vulnerabilities and detect configuration drift.
• Partner with infrastructure and product engineers to review designs and deliver scalable security improvements.
• Mature centralized security logging, detection, and incident response capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering skills and a deep understanding of security principles, best practices, and common vulnerabilities.
• Experience identifying security gaps and addressing them through automation and tooling.
• Track record of delivering scalable infrastructure solutions and driving impactful changes.
• Expertise in cloud platform security, including Amazon AWS.
• Familiarity with container security, orchestration security, authentication, and authorization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex security issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
