What you will do
- Lead the resolution of operational disruptions and material-related issues to maintain stable supply chain performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate logistics bottlenecks and ensure business continuity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational process issues and material disturbances.
- Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to identify root causes and drive operational efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance and training to strengthen process compliance and operational capabilities.
- Perform root cause analysis, administration, and reporting for operational incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master’s degree in logistics, warehousing, or a technology-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a logistics environment.
- Hands-on experience within a technical production or warehouse setting.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and high system affinity.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solution implementation.
- English: Strong communication skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening required.
