What you will do
- Provide clinical guidance and support to a virtual Nurse Practitioner, including monthly one-to-one check-ins.
- Review medical records in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
- Ensure adherence to evidence-based clinical guidelines and telemedicine protocols.
- Participate in case reviews, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal telemedicine regulations.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in California.
- At least five years of clinical experience.
- Experience with telemedicine and remote patient monitoring tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.
