What you will do

• Review members’ medical histories asynchronously and conduct telehealth consultations.
• Review and generate medical orders for imaging and other member studies.
• Review radiology reports and create clear, easy-to-understand explanations.
• Recommend actionable next steps based on screening and diagnostic results.
• Provide compassionate, concierge-level clinical care through synchronous and asynchronous interactions.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Family Nurse Practitioner practice (DNP/FNP).
• Active board certification as an adult-medicine Family Nurse Practitioner.
• At least 3 years of advanced nurse practitioner clinical experience; independent-practice experience is preferred.
• Active licenses in at least 10 US states, including New York and California; Texas is preferred.
• Experience providing synchronous and asynchronous care in a telehealth environment.
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics, particularly medical imaging, plus a quiet workspace and high-speed internet.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an independent-practice setting.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and applications such as Zoom and Slack.
