TL;DR
Solutions Consultant (SaaS): Designing scalable technical implementations and integration architectures for enterprise customers with an accent on REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, and client adoption. Focus on troubleshooting complex data flows, leading executive-level technical alignment, executing end-to-end testing, and influencing product roadmaps through customer feedback.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; hybrid schedule with 4 days in the Dubai office and 1 day working from home

What you will do
- Analyze enterprise workflows and translate technical requirements into scalable implementation plans.
- Lead technical alignment sessions and advise clients on integration architecture, operational best practices, and platform adoption.
- Act as a technical advisor to technical leads, C-suite executives, and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback, identify product gaps, and influence platform roadmaps.
- Lead onboarding activities including end-to-end systems testing, tailored training, deployments, and adoption support.
- Troubleshoot integration, middleware, and API issues; document bugs, improve implementation frameworks, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus.
- 3+ years of client-facing experience managing complex technical implementations or project lifecycles in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- 4+ years of hands-on technical experience with REST APIs, webhooks, integration architectures, and developer documentation.
- Experience with API documentation, middleware systems, token authentication, systems troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Proficiency with Python, Google Apps Script, and API testing tools such as Postman or Bruno.
- Experience with Looker, BigQuery, or Grafana for analyzing system health and performance metrics.
