Field Representative Development – Marketing & Sales Operations

Location: Tullamarine, Victoria, Australia; onsite five days a week. Applicants may be considered from across Australia and may be required to relocate within Australia after the development period.

What you will do

• Complete an 18–24 month Field Representative development program with a 12-week onboarding and training period.
• Rotate across hirify.global divisions and collaborate with dealer management, marketing, sales, product, and strategy teams.
• Build knowledge of hirify.global products, customers, industries, and the dealer network.
• Develop commercial, analytical, consulting, project, and professional skills through practical assignments.
• Support business planning, customer experience, growth strategy, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Prepare for a future field role supporting dealers and customers, including travel of up to 30%.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing or supporting projects, process improvement, business development, or operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and data skills.
• Commercial curiosity, growth mindset, adaptability, and willingness to travel and relocate within Australia.
• Up to three years of experience in marketing, business, analytics, project management, operations, sales support, or change management may be advantageous.
• Full Australian working rights are required. Visa sponsorship is not available.
