Marketing & Communications Associate – RFP & Business Communications

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, Illinois, United States, with a flexible mix of remote and in-office work

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Produce executive-level responses for RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and consultant databases across all product lines.
• Translate investment capabilities, processes, performance, and thought leadership into clear, client-focused messaging.
• Partner with subject matter experts, senior leaders, Marketing, and Investor Relations on strategic communications.
• Create internal communications, client-facing content, marketing collateral, and award submissions.
• Maintain and enhance content in RFP and content management systems.
• Respond accurately and efficiently to requests from prospects, consultants, clients, GPs, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or finance preferred.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, persuasively, and appropriately for executive and client audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under deadline pressure.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience; investment management, private markets, consulting, investment banking, or financial services experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with colleagues across the US, Europe, and Asia.
