What you will do

• Develop and maintain production and material plans for assigned site operations and complex contracts.
• Manage SAP planning administration for contracts, bills of materials, routings, work centers, confirmations, and daily production records.
• Analyze production schedules, work in progress, inventory levels, material availability, forecasts, and planning exceptions.
• Partner with Procurement to prioritize material requirements and resolve supplier and order-timing issues.
• Lead monthly inventory reconciliation, variance analysis, production planning meetings, and corrective actions.
• Provide SAP planning expertise, train counterparts, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of experience in production operations, materials planning, production planning, inventory control, procurement, or a related supply chain function.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP production planning and materials management.
• Advanced knowledge of demand planning, production scheduling, forecasting, inventory management, and inventory control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, Microsoft Office, training, and independent decision-making skills.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or a related field is preferred.
