Senior Principal Piping Engineer (Offshore/FPSO)

What you will do

• Develop piping engineering deliverables for offshore platforms and FPSO projects, including calculations, specifications, procedures, analyses, reports, bid evaluations, and third-party submissions.
• Review 3D models and verify piping materials, stress engineering, layout, pipe supports, material handling, and safety requirements.
• Prepare piping inputs for project proposals, work estimation, and CTR documentation.
• Identify design parameters and engineering problems, then develop and implement solutions aligned with client needs.
• Perform discipline and inter-discipline QA/QC and compliance checks for personal and junior engineers' work.
• Manage project specifications, engineering procedures, policies, deliverables, and coordination with other disciplines and engineering centers.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering.
• 15 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Relevant offshore platform or FPSO piping engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience as a Lead Piping Engineer on small-sized FPSO or offshore platform projects.
• Experience with offshore and FPSO piping materials, stress, layout, support engineering, design concepts, design codes, and legislative requirements.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and coordinate with piping materials, stress, layout, and other discipline teams.

• Lead experience on several mid-level offshore projects.
