Business Consultant (Salesforce)

Location: Columbus, Ohio; the hired associate must reside within 35 miles of One hirify.global Plaza, Columbus, OH 43215. The role follows the department's current hybrid schedule and requires regular office attendance.

Salary: $97,000–$145,000 expected starting annual salary range; the national range is $97,000–$180,000.

What you will do

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce for Retirement Solutions business needs, including workflows, automation, and scalable platform solutions.
• Design, build, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards that support decision-making and provide actionable stakeholder insights.
• Apply Salesforce AI and Agentforce capabilities to identify intelligent automation opportunities and improve user experiences.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct discovery, explain technical concepts, and recommend practical solutions.
• Manage projects and deadline-driven work by planning tasks, tracking dependencies, communicating risks, and monitoring delivery.
• Execute recurring data loads and scheduled operational processes accurately while documenting and improving procedures.

Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator experience with hands-on configuration, workflow, automation, and platform support experience.
• Strong Salesforce reporting and dashboard skills, including designing, building, maintaining, and improving reports for varied stakeholder needs.
• Strong Salesforce AI, Agentforce, intelligent automation, or comparable Salesforce AI experience; the Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist credential is preferred.
• Consultative business perspective, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Effective project and time management, proactive communication, operational discipline, and strong written and verbal communication.
• Eight or more years of experience planning, designing, and implementing company-wide business transformation initiatives; three years of project management experience is preferred.
