What you will do

• Lead high-touch customer onboarding from discovery through final software rollout.
• Align implementation plans with client business goals and guide software installation, configuration, and data integration.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve technical escalations and deliver consulting support.
• Optimize customer workflows, project tracking, troubleshooting, and documentation using AI-assisted tools.
• Drive software adoption and customer success across North America.

Requirements

• Background in construction, MEP trades, engineering, or relevant estimating software workflows.
• Experience in client-facing software implementation, technical onboarding, or professional consulting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple complex implementations.
• Clear customer-focused written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, Georgia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce and modern productivity tools.
• Experience with AI-enabled software efficiency platforms.
• Experience identifying and documenting software enhancement requests.
