Senior Technical Project Manager (AI)

Location: Remote from anywhere in Canada, with the option to work from the Vancouver headquarters, a coworking space, or another location with Wi-Fi.

Base salary: 93,100–139,700 CAD per year.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of high-stakes initiatives across engineering, product, data, and go-to-market teams.
• Translate business objectives into executable plans by sequencing work, managing dependencies, and adjusting scope, timelines, and resources.
• Build stakeholder alignment across engineers, product managers, executives, and external partners.
• Use AI tools to accelerate reporting, documentation, risk analysis, meeting summaries, and decision-making.
• Anticipate blockers, create contingency plans, facilitate difficult conversations, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Define delivery standards including quality gates, rollout plans, retrospectives, post-mortems, and executive-level risk reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical project management or program management experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives in software or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of software development and the factors that make architecture decisions difficult.
• Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, Cursor, Notion AI, or similar, with an understanding of responsible AI workflow guardrails.
• Systems thinking, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to explain technical blockers clearly.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban delivery frameworks and data-informed progress tracking.
• Must be based in Canada for remote work.

Nice to have

• Experience in a B2B SaaS or learning product company.
• Experience evaluating and rolling out AI tooling for engineering or product teams.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience managing vendor relationships or third-party integrations at scale.
