What you will do

• Identify the strategic initiatives that matter most and embed with teams to drive execution.
• Run cross-functional projects from diagnosis through implementation.
• Structure, track, and unblock major initiatives while improving transparency for leadership.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to de-risk customer projects and unlock cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Help build new business verticals, including operating structures, go-to-market motions, processes, and initial customer projects.
• Temporarily fill critical business gaps, often across Product, Engineering, or Customer Success.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, product, or technical roles, preferably in a high-growth startup.
• Strong analytical ability and the capacity to turn raw data into clear decisions.
• Adaptability, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to create momentum without a complete brief.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across engineering, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
• A practical, low-ego approach focused on operational execution.
• Hands-on technical foundations, including some experience with coding, product, or engineering.

Nice to have

• Enterprise SaaS or energy and utilities experience.
• Data science or data engineering experience alongside AI or engineering teams for the AI & Engineering track.
• Startup operations, execution-focused consulting, or product and technical experience for the Generalist track.
