Product Manager (AI)

Location: Sydney, Australia; travel required 10–20%.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Jobpac ERP Connectivity and its mobile evolution.
• Lead cross-product integrations connecting office, field, workflow, and financial experiences.
• Manage legislative compliance, product modernization, and payroll logic for Australia and New Zealand.
• Develop the ANZ connectivity strategy through APIs, middleware, and the AppXchange Marketplace.
• Drive deployment of AI-powered financial analysis tools for real-time job cost forecasting.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and key accounts to define requirements and promote the Connected Construction vision.

Requirements

• Experience in SaaS product management with strong knowledge of financial workflows and accounting methodologies.
• Background in construction finance or project management workflows within the ANZ market.
• Experience managing product backlogs and understanding APIs, middleware, and platform ecosystems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jobpac, Vista, or similar construction ERP platforms.
• Advanced data analytics and visualization expertise.
• Knowledge of Australian and New Zealand payroll legislation, including STP or the Holidays Act.
