What you will do
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Jobpac ERP Connectivity and its mobile evolution.
- Lead cross-product integration across office, field, workflow, and financial experiences.
- Manage product modernization, legislative compliance, and payroll logic for Australian and New Zealand markets.
- Develop the ANZ API and connectivity strategy, including integrations and the AppXchange Marketplace.
- Drive advanced AI financial analysis tools for real-time job cost forecasting.
- Collaborate with global engineering and marketing teams on product requirements and customer adoption.
Requirements
- Experience in SaaS product management with knowledge of financial workflows and accounting methodologies.
- Background in construction finance or project management workflows within the ANZ market.
- Technical proficiency in product backlogs, APIs, middleware, and platform ecosystems.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with Jobpac, Vista, or similar construction ERP platforms.
- Advanced expertise in data analytics and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of Australian and New Zealand payroll legislation, including STP or the Holidays Act.
